We have simplified our return process; just read what you are eligible to receive and ship it off to us - Return Authorizations are no longer needed! ZBsports will stand behind your purchase and you may send back ORIGINALLY PACKED, FULLY TAGGED, AND UNUSED items purchased from ZBsports.com for any reason and at any time. PLEASE NOTE – We only offer credit card and store credits, and do not offer exchanges.

  • Return your items within 30 days of the original shipping date to receive either a store credit or a refund to your credit card; less the value of any unreturned free gift or gift card amount. Refunds to credit cards will incur a 5% restocking fee which is waived on store credits. Credits do not include original shipping charges.
  • Return your item within 31 to 60 days from the original ship date to receive a store credit; less a 10% restocking fee and the value of any unreturned free gift or gift card amount. Only store credit will be given and no exceptions can be made on the restocking fee amount. Credits do not include original shipping charges.
  • Return your item within 61 to 120 days from the original ship date to receive a store credit; less a 25% restocking fee and the value of any unreturned free gift or gift card amount. Only store credit will be given and no exceptions can be made on the restocking fee amount. Credits do not include original shipping charges.
  • Return your item within 121 to Infinity days (so long as we are still in existence) from the original ship date to receive a store credit; less a 40% restocking fee and the value of any unreturned free gift or gift card amount. Only store credit will be given and no exceptions can be made on the restocking fee amount. Credits do not include original shipping charges.
  • RETURNS MAY NOT BE MADE ON ANY SMARTWOOL NEXT TO SKIN ITEMS INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SOCKS, BASE LAYER, AND OTHER UNDERGARMENTS, ETC… hey, would you want to wear something that some total stranger already wore next to their skin? Yuck, No way!)

    To make your return simply include a note letting us know whether you would like a store credit or credit card credit (We do not offer exchanges) and be sure to give us your full name, email address, and order number (if your order number is not available – no worries, just be sure that we have the name and email address used to place the order). PLEASE WRAP YOUR ITEM IN APPROPRIATE PACKAGING. PLEASE NOTE - UNWRAPPED PACKAGES WITH SHIPPING LABELS AND/OR SHIPPING TAPE PLACED DIRECTLY ON THE PRODUCT BOX WILL BE CHARGED A $10.00 REBOXING FEE. Items received in used condition, with missing tags, or without original packaging will be refused and will be sent back to you and your credit card will be charged a $10.00 return shipping fee.     ZBSports.com accepts Visa & MasterCard, and we do not accept check or money order, please call us at 215-475-5805 for details or to place an order.

    Promotional Items
    Any product that is returned without a promotional item(s) included with the original transaction (e.g. buy jacket, get free visa gift card; or buy anything over a certain value and receive a free t-shirt or camelbak) will have the value of the promotional item deducted from the refund amount.

    Free Express Shipping
    “Free USPS Express Shipping” is only for specially marked promotional items only, and the specific color and size of the item must be labeled as “Free USPS Express Shipping” on the product page to be eligible. Be sure to allow 24 to 48 business hours for processing of your Express order prior to shipping. And, although Express Mail is overnight to many destinations, USPS does not guarantee overnight shipping; please allow additional time for delivery. We are unable to guarantee any delivery times, regardless of the destination and delivery method.

    Shipping
    Your domestic shipped order with a total dollar value below $199.00 is charged a flat rate of $2.99 for Super Fast USPS Priority mail, UNLESS your order contains a Free Express Ship item. Domestic orders with a total dollar value of $199.01 or greater, or orders that contain any Free Express Ship item, will not be charged shipping. Some items may be shipped via USPS Express method for an additional fee of $19.50 for the first item and $14.50 for each additional item. Although Express Mail is overnight to many destinations, USPS does not guarantee overnight shipping; please allow additional time for delivery. We are unable to guarantee any delivery times, regardless of the destination or delivery method. Please call customer service for further availability, details, rates, and shipping times which vary per product. Packs, bags, tents, and any large or heavy items are not eligible for any form of express shipping. We are happy to announce that there is no additional fee for shipping to Alaska and Hawai!

    Free Visa Gift Cards
    Free Visa Gift cards are sent separately from your original order. Free gift cards may not be combined with any other offer or coupon of any type. However, in the event that an email coupon code was used with your free gift card eligible purchase, you will receive the difference between the coupon amount and the gift card amount (pricematch purchases are fully ineligible for the gift card promotion). To receive your free gift card from eligible purchases, simply fill-out the eligibility form that came with your purchase and mail it to: Attn- Free Gift Card Request, Zbsports, 1157 South 11th St, 1st floor/front, Philadelphia, PA 19147. Request form must be received by Zbsports within 30 days of receipt of eligible purchase. Please allow approximately 30 days for processing of your request. Request forms received after 30 days will not be eligible for a gift card. Returns of free visa gift card eligible products to Zbsports will have the full gift card value removed from any credit amount given and applicable restocking fees will be based on the full purchase price of the items returned. Request forms must be mailed to the address above and emailed or faxed forms will not be accepted. If you do not receive a Free Visa Gift Card Request Form with your purchase please contact info@zbsports.com and will happily email the request form to you to fill-out and mail.

    Free Gifts and Gift Certificates Given for Errors
    Free Gifts may arrive seperately and at a later date. Free gifts are subject to change and substitution based on availability. In the case of substition, we will make every attempt to provide a gift of relative value. Free gifts are eligible for direct website purchases only and may not be combined with "call for pricing - or special quoted deals", unless otherwise stated. Gift certificates that are given to the customer as a result of an error of ZBsports.com may be used anytime for any minimum purchase of $40.00 or more in value.

    Membership Clubs, Pricematch Offers, Email Coupons, Discounts and Other Offers
    Emailed coupons, free visa gift cards, discounts, pricematch offers, and other offers may not be combined with ANY other programs or discounts such as membership program discounts, future gift certificates from errors or mis-shipments, and also may not be used with Return Coupon Codes from returns and exchanges. However, as an incentive to our loyal club members - you may add 50% of the value of any email sent discount to your total savings (excluding pricematch email offers); i.e. - if we send an email offering everyone 10% off any purchase you may add 5% (half the email discount) to your existing membership discount, and in this example you would receive a total of 15% off your order total. Please call customer service so that they can place your order for you and give you the additional savings.

    Although free shipping is received with VIP Dude Membership, all other discounts and promotions are limited to VIP Eligible items only. VIP Eligible items are subject to change and/or termination at any time and for any reason without any prior notice regardless of advertised promotional periods. Members must be active with current membership status to receive any benefits. Total value of member discounted purchases may not exceed $2,000.00 in any 365 day period per customer.     Cancellations
    Please make sure that your order is correct prior to submitting it to ZBsports.com. Once you place your order it begins processing immediately and sometimes ships within hours. You may cancel your order for any reason within 24 hours of placing the order UNLESS your order ships within that same 24 hour period. (We will do our best to retract your order if shipped within the 24 hour period, but if we can not retreive your package you will need to refer to our returns and exchanges policy). If you need to cancel your order please email us at CANCEL@ZBSPORTS.COM within 24 hours of placing your order. (PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL INFO@ZBSPORTS.COM AND BE SURE TO INCLUDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER IN THE EMAIL - YOUR CANCELLATION WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED VALID OTHERWISE) Telephone calls for cancellations will be redirected and we will ask you to send a cancellation email. Upon receipt of your cancellation email you will be sent a cancellation confirmation number, usually within 24-72 hours upon receipt. Claims of cancellation without a cancellation number, or emails to the wrong address or without an order number will not be considered valid. Once your order has processed for 24 hours or if your item ships within 24 hours we will be unable to change or cancel your order, and you will need to follow the Return Policy procedures stated below to return your order for exchange or store credit.

    Coupons Restrictions and Limitations
    Coupons may be used for orders with a dollar amount up to $1,500 per customer. Some coupons have Brand restrictions and may not be used with certain items. The use of any coupon or promotion may be refused by ZBsports at any time and for any reason at the sole discretion of ZBsports.

    ZBsports Order Refusal
    Orders may be refused by ZBsports at the discretion of ZBsports for any reason.

    Internet Security
    Although we strive in our efforts to maintain a safe shopping experience and utilize safe ssl encryption technology, as a user of our website, you contractually agree that we (Zbsports/Zanzabar Bazaar, LLc or any affiliates…with the exception of maybe our x-girl/boyfriends) can not, and will not, be held responsible or accountable in any way for your personal information that is lost or stolen from us, including and not limited to any and all personal identity and credit card information. Please know that there are really mean but very smart people out there, and if the pentagon is not 100% safe from those people, no one is! If you wish to have your personal information removed immediately after your purchase has shipped, do not hesitate to contact customer service and request that it be deleted.

    Sales Tax
    Orders shipped to Pennsylvania, North Carolina, and Utah will be charged appropriate sales tax.

    Warranty Assist Program
    Need help with your manufacturer’s warranty? If an item that you bought from ZBsports.com is found to be defective, but still under the manufacturer's warranty, let us know and we will assist you with the repair or replacement of the item. If you receive the item directly from us and it is defective just call ZBsports.com for a return authorization number and we will replace the defective item for you. If you have already used the item, just call us and we will help you in contacting and expediting your product to the manufacturer. All warranty assists will be contingent on the manufacturer’s individual warranty program and we can not be held responsible for the manufacturer refusing to fix or replace the item due to warranty limitations. There will be a small expedition fee to cover the cost of shipping to/from the manufacturer which will vary on the product on manufacturer. Please call for further details on this program and to receive a warranty claim number. Items sent to us without a warranty claim number will be refused. Please be sure to insure your shipment as we can not be held responsible for lost shipments to us.

    Refused and/or Returned Shipments
    Any order that is refused and/or returned for any reason will be charged a $15.50 return shipping fee which covers the re-routing of the package back to Zbsports. This amount will be automatically deducted from your credit card.
