Promotional Items
Any product that is returned without a promotional item(s) included with the original transaction (e.g. buy jacket, get free visa gift card; or buy anything over a certain value and receive a free t-shirt or camelbak) will have the value of the promotional item deducted from the refund amount.
Safe Shopping
Our shopping process uses Secure Socket Layers (SSL) transmissions, the industry standard for secure transmissions on the Internet. SSL encrypts your credit card information so that it is unreadable until we receive it. Your credit card information is only requested on pages that are hosted on our Secure Server.
Free Overnight and Express Shipping
Free overnight and express shipping is offered to contiguous US states, is only valid on certain products, and is based on business day (U.S. celebrated holidays excluded) shipping time. Orders placed by 1 pm est will process for up to 48 hours and will be guaranteed to ship via one or two day express methods (depending on the promotion offered on your purchase) unless you are in a one or two day zone from our warehouse, which then it will ship via ground service to still arrive to you within the promotional guaranteed period. Orders placed after 1 pm est will process for up to 72 hours and will ship via ups overnight or a 2 day express method depending on the promotion. If your 2-day express shipment does not arrive to your location within the guaranteed period (taking into consideration, the time of day you place your order, processing, and two day express delivery), than we will give you a five dollar gift certificate toward a future purchase with zbsports. As well, Zbsports will give you a ten dollar gift certificate on late overnight express shipments (again, taking into consideration, the time of day you place your order, processing, and overnight express delivery via ups next day saver), to be used on a future purchase. If a delivery attempt is made unsuccessfully within the guaranteed delivery time then you will not be eligible for a gift certificate. Gift certificates may be used for any item with a minimum order of $50.00... Cheers!
Free Ground Shipping
Free shipping is offered on purchases shipped to the 48 contiguous states only. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other countries will be charged standard shipping costs. Orders generally ship via UPS Ground but may be sent by other couriers. Orders with several pieces may not always arrive in one package or on the same day. As a small, non-corporate store we do our best to process your order as quickly as possible. Generally, you can expect to receive your ground shipped order within seven to fourteen business days from the date the order was placed, unless item is on backorder. Please see the overnight and express item policy for information regarding this shipping method. Refusal of Delivery: If an order is refused, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs as well as a ten dollar processing fee. Refused items will receive a store credit for the remaining amount after fees are applied. We cannot be responsible for packages lost that were refused. Incorrect Shipping Information: If a package is returned to ZBsports.com due to an incorrect shipping address provided, the customer will be responsible for the new delivery costs and any change of address fees that may occur during the delivery process.
Free Gifts and Gift Certificates Given for Errors
Free Gifts may arrive seperately and at a later date. Free gifts are subject to change and substitution based on availability. In the case of substition, we will make every attempt to provide a gift of relative value. Free gifts are eligible for direct website purchases only and may not be combined with "call for pricing - or special quoted deals", unless otherwise stated. Gift certificates that are given to the customer as a result of an error of ZBsports.com may be used anytime for any minimum purchase of $40.00 or more in value.
Email Coupons and Discounts
Emailed coupons and discounts may not be combined with ANY other programs or discounts such as membership program discounts, future gift certificates from errors or mis-shipments, and also may not be used with Return Coupon Codes from returns and exchanges. However, as an incentive to our loyal club members - you may add 50% of the value of any email discount to your total savings; i.e. - if we send an email offering everyone 10% any purchase you may add 5% (half the email dsicount) to your existing membership discount, and in this example case receive a total of 15% off your order total. Please call customer service so that they can place your order for you and give you the additional savings.
Cancellations
Please make sure that your order is correct prior to submitting it to ZBsports.com. Once you place your order it begins processing immediately and sometimes ships within hours. You may cancel your order for any reason within 24 hours of placing the order UNLESS your order ships within that same 24 hour period. (We will do our best to retract your order if shipped within the 24 hour period, but if we can not retreive your package you will need to refer to our returns and exchanges policy). If you need to cancel your order please email us at CANCEL@ZBSPORTS.COM within 24 hours of placing your order. (PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL INFO@ZBSPORTS.COM AND BE SURE TO INCLUDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER IN THE EMAIL - YOUR CANCELLATION WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED VALID OTHERWISE) Telephone calls for cancellations will be redirected and we will ask you to send a cancellation email. Upon receipt of your cancellation email you will be sent a cancellation confirmation number, usually within 24-72 hours upon receipt. Claims of cancellation without a cancellation number, or emails to the wrong address or without an order number will not be considered valid. Once your order has processed for 24 hours or if your item ships within 24 hours we will be unable to change or cancel your order, and you will need to follow the Return Policy procedures stated below to return your order for exchange or store credit.
Returns and Exchanges
ZBsports will stand behind any purchase you make and you may send back fully packaged and unused items purchased from ZBsports.com for any reason to receive an exchange item or store credit (CREDITS TO CREDIT CARDS WILL INCUR A 15% PROCESSING FEE FOR SHOES AND CLOTHING, 20% FOR SUNGLASSES, BAGS/PACKS/TENTS, TO COVER OUR ORIGINAL SHIPPING, CREDIT CARD PROCESSING AND RESTOCKING COSTS). (EXCEPTION: AS NOTED ON THE PRODUCT PAGES - CUSTOM ORDERS ARE PLACED FOR MEN'S SHOE SIZES 14 AND LARGER OR SMALLER THAN SIZE 8.5, ALSO WOMEN'S SHOE SIZES 10.5 AND LARGER OR SMALLER THAN SIZE 6.5, AND ANY EXTRA WIDE WIDTH SHOE (WOMEN'S 2E / MEN'S 4E.) Items must be received by ZBsports.com within 30 days from the original shipment date to the customer and a store credit or exchange will be issued. You may make a ONE TIME credit or exchange with EACH order that you place AND MAY NOT MAKE AN EXCHANGE ON AN ORDER THAT WAS PLACED USING A STORE CREDIT. Multiple exchanges or credits from a order will not be honored. Cost for shipping returns/exchanges back to ZBsports.com are the responsibilty of the customer. PLEASE WRAP YOUR ITEM IN APPROPRIATE PACKAGING (i.e. -wrapping a shoe box in brown shipping paper is acceptable). PLEASE NOTE - UNWRAPPED PACKAGES WITH SHIPPING LABELS AND/OR SHIPPING TAPE PLACED DIRECTLY ON THE PRODUCT BOX WILL BE CHARGED A $10.00 REBOXING FEE. ITEMS WITHOUT RA#'S WRITTEN ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX WILL BE REFUSED. Items received without a RA#, in used condition, with missing tags, missing paperwork, or without original packaging will be refused and we will be unable to issue a store credit or exchange. Please write the RA# clearly on the OUTSIDE of the package. Please return the package using a delivery confirmation method as we can not be held responsible for lost or missing return shipments. We happily pay for the first shipment to you! However the cost for shipping exchanges back to ZBsports.com is the responsibility of the customer, AND reshipping fees apply to send the exchange item to you. The cost to reship your exchange or store credited merchandise will be $7.50 per pair of shoes and non-express shipped sunglasses, $8.50 PER ITEM for clothing and jackets ($20.00 for Bogner items), $9.50 for express shipped items, and $40.50 for packs, tents, or any large items (Large items AND/OR anything over 10 pounds in weight) per item returned. Bogner Purchases, Returns and Exchanges
We are proud to offer Bogner fine products. However, most products purchased from Bogner are special ordered direct through the manufacturer. Therefore, since we are a small company that is not deep-pocketed like other huge corporations and because Bogner offers a premier line that is priced accordingly we have implemented a unique exchange policy for any Bogner purchase. With your Bogner purchase you may enjoy a period of 5 days to preview and ship the item back to us for a store credit. Additionally, we must receive your return/exchange no later than 7 days from the date of the first attempted delivery to you. As with all returns and exchanges only a store credit will be offered to you and no credits will be given to your credit card. Please make sure that your return is well packaged and insured as we can not be responsible for lost or damaged returns. You may refer to our return policy for further information on how to ship your returns and exchanges back to us. We are pleased to offer you this great product line and appreciate your understanding to this matter.
Sales Tax
A 6% sales tax will be added to orders from Pennsylvania residents only. Residents of North Carolina will incur the 6.75% sales tax
Warranty Assist Program
Need help with your manufacturer’s warranty? If an item that you bought from ZBsports.com is found to be defective, but still under the manufacturer's warranty, let us know and we will assist you with the repair or replacement of the item. If you receive the item directly from us and it is defective just call ZBsports.com for a return authorization number and we will replace the defective item for you. If you have already used the item, just call us and we will help you in contacting and expediting your product to the manufacturer. All warranty assists will be contingent on the manufacturer’s individual warranty program and we can not be held responsible for the manufacturer refusing to fix or replace the item due to warranty limitations. There will be a small expedition fee to cover the cost of shipping to/from the manufacturer which will vary on the product on manufacturer. Please call for further details on this program and to receive a warranty claim number. Items sent to us without a warranty claim number will be refused. Please be sure to insure your shipment as we can not be held responsible for lost shipments to us.
